Eyear Optical Vision Solutions benefits cards are non-transferable and must be renewed every year. Eyear Optical reserves the right to check the names on the card against valid photo ID. Benefits and discounts provided by these programs are not valid with other special promotions and discounts. All benefits provided are applicable to services and products provided by Eyear Optical stores only and may not be honored by other providers of eye care services. Plans with free glasses are limited to the Eyedeals collection black dot frames and include single vision lenses without upgrades.
